Description: Elementary 1 sports club is a general introduction to soccer, football, and volleyball. Our primary focus for the 1st half of the session will be soccer. Games and activities will be designed to build soccer skills - particularly dribbling, defending, and passing. We will play full-field, goal-to-goal, games to introduce students to the rules and format of team soccer. The 2nd half of the session will be focused on football and volleyball. Students will have a chance to choose which sport they would like to learn more about. We will introduce students to the fundamental skills of each sport along with basic gameplay.
