Mainstage $7,500 Sponsor our Venue and your name, logo, or message will greet visitors on the O in Long Live Rock as they arrive. It will be the first thing they see!

Greenroom $2,500 Sponsor Cocktail Hour. We’ll work with you to create a featured cocktail with your name or a name of your choice, for this hour.

Opening Act $1,000 Sponsor our Theater presentations. Everyone will see your sponsorship on the huge 18x24’ screen.

Headliner $1,500 Sponsor our DJ, TKO Entertainment. You get to pick the first song of the night.

Encore $1,200 Keep the party going 1 extra hour. You get to pick the last song of the night.

Merch $1,000 Brand the Silent Auction. Everyone will see your sponsorship on our signage and website.

Diamond Anniversary Gala FAQs

A: We are raising funds for the future of Ratner Montessori School, and we are celebrating our 60th Diamond Anniversary this year! It promises to be a fantastic evening that will have great benefits for Ratner Montessori students.

A: People who care about Ratner Montessori and their friends. Every year, we look forward to catching up with our “Ratner Montessori family”: Parents, Staff, Board Members, Alumni, Supporters, Vendors, Friends, and Community Members. Feel free to invite your friends and family members to come with you. We promise it will be a fun evening!

A: Don’t worry about it! Valet parking is included for ALL Gala guests. Just pull up by the LONG LIVE ROCK letters in front of the main entrance, and our valets will take care of it for you.

A: We encourage you to celebrate our founding in 1963 by wearing elegant ‘60s-inspired attire. (Think Mad Men or Breakfast at Tiffany’s.) We can’t wait to see you!

A: The Gala is geared toward adults and young adults. Current Ratner students may not attend. Ratner alumni (in 9th through 12th grade) may attend if accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is a discounted ticket rate for any Ratner alumni under age 21.

We will have an open bar with a variety of wine, beer, spirits, sodas, and water.

A: We will accommodate any dietary needs. Our vegetarian and vegan guests can enjoy an entrée of Chickpea Stew with Jasmine Rice (just indicate you need the vegetarian/vegan option when you purchase your ticket). The dinner buffet is gluten-free with the exception of the rolls. If you have any other dietary needs, please contact Mandy Walden at [email protected] when you make your ticket purchase so we can be sure to accommodate you.

A: We’re sorry you can’t make it, but we know you’ll be with us in spirit. You can certainly help in other ways:

  • Please make a donation or purchase a sponsorship—your contribution will directly support the future of Ratner Montessori School, and we will recognize you at the event.
  • We are also looking for donations to our Silent Auction. Contact Mandy Walden at [email protected] if you can donate something!
  • Even if you are not in attendance, you are welcome to participate in our online Silent Auction. The link to our Silent Auction will be sent via email about a week before the event. You’ll also be able to find it on our website and social media.

A: Absolutely! Here is the planned schedule. We’ll be on various levels of the Rock Hall—that’s noted.

6:00 – 6:45   Cocktails, Appetizers, Mingling, & Viewing the Hall of Fame (Lvl 3)

6:45 – 7:30   Welcome, Video, Honorees, and Raise for Ratner in the Theater (Lvl 4)

7:30 – 8:30   Buffet Dinner (Lvl 0)

8:30 – 10:00  Silent Auction & Viewing the Main Exhibit Hall (Lvl 0)

8:30 – 10:00* Dancing & Dessert (Lvl 1)
