2026 Mirror Ball Gala

With gratitude and celebration in our hearts, we invite you to join us for a very special evening: Mirror Ball, a gala honoring Mike Griffith as he retires after eleven extraordinary years as Head of School.

Since 2015, Mike has guided the Ratner Montessori community with wisdom, steadiness, and deep respect for each child. He has championed authentic Montessori practice, nurtured a culture of curiosity and independence, and strengthened the bonds that make our school not just a place of learning, but a true community. Because of his leadership, our classrooms have flourished, our teachers have grown, and our children have thrived.

Mirror Ball is both a celebration and a reflection — a moment to look back with gratitude on all that has been accomplished, and to look forward with hope and excitement to the bright future ahead. We hope you will join us to celebrate Mike’s legacy and the vibrant community he helped strengthen.
