MONTESSORI PRE-PRIMARY
THE FOUNDATION – JOY OF LEARNING AND INDEPENDENCE
Our youngest Montessori students, toddlers ages 20 months through 3 years old, build their educational foundation in an age-blended classroom, directed by AMS-certified Montessori Directresses. In a supportive, nurturing environment, children are given freedom and direction to empower their independence, to expand their language skills at the most sensitive period for language and to awaken their joy of learning.

BUILDING ON SUCCESSES
Our 3 – 6 Montessori classrooms are age-blended, prepared environments created by AMS-certified Directresses for children ages 3 years old through 6 years old. The consistency of the 3 year cycle and the adaptability of individualized lessons enables students to build on their daily successes, academically, socially and emotionally. Our diverse community combined with experienced, dedicated staff allows our Montessori students to experience the full benefit of freedom within limits, building each child’s confidence, encouraging their curiosity and forming a strong academic foundation.

MONTESSORI PRE-PRIMARY – THE RATNER WAY
Our toddler and 3 – 6 Montessori classrooms provide the full benefit of a traditional Montessori curriculum, led by certified, experienced Montessori Directresses. The diversity and culture of The Lillian and Betty Ratner School shines through all of our programs, allowing our youngest students to benefit from our global studies, music and Judaic Studies programs. The extended day and kindergarten curriculum incorporates additional expertise from our art, PE, music, gardening and library teachers. Our enriched approach to Montessori encourages our students to grow as curious, confident learners.
